Terms and Conditions
Earn commissions on subscription renewals — with compliance and integrity built in
These Terms govern participation in the Faidika ERP Referral Program. By registering for, participating in, or receiving payouts from the program, you agree to be bound by the Terms as issued and updated by Faidika ERP.
Referral Wallet
Earnings are tracked automatically inside your in-app Referral Wallet and accrue only after successful subscription renewal payments by Active Referrals.
Commissions are calculated solely on subscription renewals.
Referral levels and commission rates
Level up with Active Referrals — earn on renewals at your qualified rate
Levels are determined automatically based on the number of Active Referrals. Once you qualify for a level, the commission rate applies across all Active Referrals.

Eligibility to participate
Participation is open only to users with an active Faidika ERP account.
Faidika may approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any Referrer at its sole discretion.
Employees, contractors, or agents may be excluded or subject to additional conditions.
Referral qualification requirements
The Referred Business is fully registered on Faidika ERP.
The Referred Business is verified and approved by Faidika, including completion of any required KYC, business validation, or compliance checks.
The Referred Business has completed transactions totaling not less than KES 1,000 on the platform.
Important
Failure to meet any requirement renders the referral ineligible for commissions.
Referral relationship
Each Referred Business is permanently linked to the Referrer whose link/identifier was used at registration.
Faidika does not reassign referrals except in cases of system error, fraud, or misuse.
Self-referrals or referrals intended to circumvent these Terms are strictly prohibited.
Payouts and withdrawals
Earned commissions are credited to your Faidika ERP Referral Wallet.
Withdrawals may be made via mobile money, bank transfer, and other supported channels.
Minimum withdrawal thresholds, processing times, and fees may apply and are communicated within the platform.
Faidika may delay or withhold payouts pending verification, fraud investigation, or legal compliance.
Compliance, monitoring, and audit
Faidika may monitor referral activity.
Faidika may conduct audits and investigations.
Faidika may request supporting documentation.
Operates in compliance with applicable laws, including the Kenya Data Protection Act, AML regulations, and fraud prevention/financial integrity standards.
Prohibited activities
Creation of fake, duplicate, or shell businesses.
Artificial or circular transactions to meet thresholds.
Misrepresentation of Faidika ERP services.
Unauthorized promises, guarantees, or financial advice.
Abuse, manipulation, or exploitation of the Referral Program.
Enforcement
Violations may result in suspension/termination, forfeiture of earnings, and legal action.
Modification
Faidika may modify, suspend, or discontinue the program, commission rates, or eligibility criteria at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Faidika is not liable for indirect/incidental/consequential damages, loss of profits/business/data, or referral earnings expectations.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
